Of course, I submitted the picture of me doing The Atheism Wave. :-)
If you've never visited Faces of Atheists on tumblr, check it out. You can submit a picture to them along with a brief description of yourself. It's an attempt to overcome the negative stigma attached to the word atheist. As the Faces of Atheists site says:
There are countless loving, genuine, compassionate atheists making positive differences in this world. We are tired of the negativity associated with being a non-believer. We shouldn't be constantly vilified for a lack of belief in god. We exist, we are human beings, we are godless, and we are full of compassion and love.
Sounds a lot like what The Atheism Wave represents as well.
