not as far as profession. I wasn't there yet. But I was sure that when I got older I would be following my own beat. Just like the rest of you, I went to school with people who were specifically breed to become sheep. They followed every trend, sung and knew ever lyric to every song that came out, and had the nerve to call themselves "original". To name a few of these hideous trends, there was the big hoop earrings with your name in them, pastries(shoe), silly bands, dreads... oh and that whole every black boy becoming muslim thing..etc. And then there was me. Drawing pictures of myself with future modifications and dream girl tattoos.
But you know I always knew I would grow up to be one those girls. So tell me how or when did you figure out you would be following your own beat in life?
