- Accompanied by 2 years of apprenticeship at a reputable tattoo shop.
- legalization at a department of health bureau in the state you are piercing in.
- Piercing is legal if done on oneself and on others FREE of charge. (Look at the picture).

- Claire's charges for the jewelry. NOT the piercing itself.
