Boy George has a handful of tattoos on his body, including a large "star of David" on the top of his head, along with a lotus flower on the back of his head.
His other tattoo designs include the letter "G" with some tribal design located behind his right ear, a cross on his right shoulder and some unknown text on his right hand.
